זה קרה בחלם, ב 25 ליולי 1859 בשעה 11 לפנה"צ, כאשר היהודי בן ה 37 אברהם זיגלבוים (פועל) , הגר בעיר חלם, הופיע כאן בנוכחות העדים : לייבה הרץ גולדבלום - בן 60 (פקיד) ולייזר זיסייה רוכביד בן 35 (מורה) - שניהם מתגוררים בחלם. הוא (אברהם) הראה לנו את הילוד - בן זכר אשר נולד כאן בחלם ב - 18 ליולי שנה זו בשעה 7 בערב, לאשתו בת ה - 30 , גולדה. שמו של הילוד הוא : שמואל כפי שנקבע בטקס ברית המילה. מסמך זה נקרא ונחתם על-ידנו (האב אינו יודע לקרוא) (חתימות העדים ופקיד הרישום משורבטות) |
It was being happend in Chelm on the 13 (25)of July 1859 at 11a.m when the 37 year-old Hebrew, Abram Zygelbaum(worker),who lives in Chelm, was come and in the presence of the witnesses: Lejba Hersz Goldblum-60 year-old clerk and Lejzor Zysie Rachbind - 35 year old teacher, who both live in Chelm, he showed us the child of the male sex, who was born here in Chelm on the 06 (18) of July this year at 7p.m by His 30 year-old Wife Golda and who was named - Szmul after the rite of circumcision.
