אנו מצהירים בזה כי בנוכחות העדים : מאיר שמול רוזנקלופף בן 42, ומושיק לייבה שוירר בן 59 הגרים בעיר חלם, נוכחנו בנישואין דתיים בין היהודי אברהם זיגלבוים - סוחר, לא נשוי, בן 67, בנם של הנפטרים מורדקו ( מרדכי) וסושה  (מושקוביץ שם נעורים) זיגלבוים  אשר התגוררו בחלם. לבין היהודיה גולדה רוחלה גוטליב (לא נשואה) בת 56, ביתם של הנפטרים פנחס ופייגה (חיים - שם נעורים) גוטליב שהתגוררו בחלם. שניהם הופיעו 3 פעמים בבית הכנסת היהודי חולמסקי ב - 7  ב - 14 וב - 21 לינואר 1891 כחלק מהליך נישואיהם.

בני הזוג הצהירו כי הנישואין הם דתיים בלבד ולא חוזיים.

[It] occurred in c. Kholm twenty sixth [of] January thousand  eight-hundred ninety first year at ten o'clock [of] evening. We announce, that [of] this date in presence [of] witnesses Maer Shmul Rozenklopf forty two years and Moshek Leiba  Shiorer fifty nine years in c. Kholm living, occurred religious marriage between jew Abram Zygelbaum trader, unmarried sixty seven years, son [of] deceased Mordka and Sosja from  Moshkovich spouses Zygelbaum, resident [of] c. Kholm  and jewess Golda Rukhlya Gotlib unmarried fifty six years, daughter [of] deceased Pinkvas and Faiga  from Khaim spouses Gotlib resident [of] c. Kholm.  [To] marriage this preceded three public-readings in Kholmskii  jewish Synagogue seventh, fourteenth and twenty first [of] January thousand eight-hundred ninety first year.

 Newlyweds announced, that they prenuptual contract [did] not  conclude. Religious marital union performed Rabbi  [of] cit. Kholm Isaak Kagan.
